As follows:
- Make sure that Bluetooth™ is on in your phone and that it's visible to other devices (please refer to your phone's User Guide to do this). Make sure that the phone is close to the Bluetooth™ Handsfree (max. 20 cm).
- Make sure that the Bluetooth™ Handsfree is turned off.
- On the handsfree, press and hold the On/Off key for at least five seconds until the pairing icon (two circling arrows) is visible in the display. The Bluetooth™ Handsfree is now in pairing mode.
- If your phone supports auto-pairing, all you have to do is press Yes when the question 'Add device' appears in the phone. If not, please consult your phone's user guide on how to add a Bluetooth™ device.
- You may need to enter a passcode before you can add the device. The default passcode is 0000.
Your device is now paired and ready to use.
If you use the device in multipoint mode, the standby time is reduced. To increase the standby time, always remember to unpair a device you're no longer using. To unpair a device, you must reset the headset and re-pair the devices you want to use.
To reset the headset to the default settings:
- Switch the headset off.
- Press and hold down the on/off key until the display shows the pairing icon.
- Follow the pairing instructions to pair the devices you want to use.
To select another phone for outgoing calls, please follow these steps.
- Press and hold the Menu key to enter the Bluetooth™ Handsfree menu.
- Select the device list icon and press the Music key to enter.
- Select the phone you wish to use for outgoing calls and press the Call handling key.

This is a limitation of Bluetooth™ stereo audio streaming and not an issue specific to the headset. The streaming service takes up most of the data bandwidth, which means that access by any other service (e.g. data communication with the PC) will interrupt the audio stream.
